JOURNEY
2017
Benzone Performance was founded by Ben with a vision to make fitness accessible, effective, and tailored to everyday people. There was a dissatisfaction with traditional CrossFit classes, which often caused injuries and disengagement, so we were inspired to focus on simple yet effective movements.
We started with two clients, nicknamed “old person fitness. but within weeks, the group expanded to six members.
2018 - 2019
The philosophy of leading by example was established, with the Ben training alongside members, fostering trust and loyalty.​ Members achieved results surpassing traditional fitness programmes so word spread, leading to a steady increase in participants!
2020
Transitioned to online training with daily Zoom sessions and personalised support during lockdowns. The community grew stronger despite the challenges.
2021 - 2023
Opened a dedicated training space and officially adopted the name “Benzone.” The high demand led to a waiting list as capacity was reached. We also secured personal training services for Ariyana Tower residents in Dubai and partnered with two prestigious corporate clients, reinforcing Benzone’s reputation.
We then scaled the team and recruited additional coaches to meet growing demand while maintaining our high standards.
2024 - 2025
Benzone Performance continues to prioritise simplicity, integrity, and results.
Expansion across Dubai is underway, with a commitment to transforming lives and fostering a thriving fitness community. At Benzone, success is measured by the lives changed, not just the numbers.
